With over a decade of experience in the Texas market, we have meticulously built a proprietary subcontractor network and refined our managed digital workflows. Today, AiWB delivers a truly transformative solution for the US construction industry, combining proprietary software, data intelligence, and network services.

Ting Qiao
Chairman & CEO
As the co-founder and CEO of AiWB, Ting Qiao brings over 20 years of specialized expertise in property construction and international development. Before founding AiWB, Mr. Qiao served as the Executive Vice President for a major global real estate firm. His visionary approach has earned him prestigious industry accolades, including being named a regional "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst & Young in 2024 and a "Most Admired CEO" by the Houston Business Journal in 2022. Mr. Qiao holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (International Finance) from Dalian University of Technology and an MBA from Carleton University.
Fowler Thomas Knight
Executive Vice President of People & Communications
Fowler Knight directs human resources, internal communications, and administrative services at AiWB. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate human capital, Ms. Knight has a proven track record of building high-performing cultures, having previously held Senior Vice President roles at several prominent national real estate and investment corporations. A dedicated advocate for inclusive workplaces, she was honored with the "Champion of Diversity Award" from REDnews in 2023.
San Juana (Janie) Franco
Senior Vice President of Accounting & Finance
Janie Franco leads AiWB's accounting and financial strategies, leveraging over 30 years of deep-rooted industry experience. Her distinguished career includes senior leadership positions at a major accounting firm and several leading real estate development companies. Ms. Franco's expertise is widely recognized within the financial community; in 2023, she received the "Real Estate CPA of the Year Award" from REDnews and was cited by BizNow for "Outstanding Excellence and Influence in Houston Commercial Real Estate."

Yina Chi
VP of Design
As Vice President of Design at AiWB, Yina Chi oversees all aspects of architectural, interior, landscape, and permitting design across the company's build-to-rent communities. She leads the vertical development phase of each project, ensuring design quality, code compliance, and seamless collaboration across departments. With nearly 20 years of international experience in architectural design and project leadership, Yina has led large-scale residential and mixed-use developments across China, Europe, and the United States. She holds a Master's degree in Architecture and received a national scholarship from China's Ministry of Education to study in Italy. Under her leadership, the Design Department has earned multiple company recognitions for excellence and collaboration, with several projects receiving professional awards in architectural, interior, and multifamily design.

Randy Hutchinson
VP of Construction Operations
Randy Hutchinson serves as Vice President of Construction Operations at AiWB, where he oversees construction operations, project execution, and performance across all markets, including Houston, Dallas, and Austin. In his expanded role, Randy drives project priorities, maintains a strong field presence, and supports execution across construction teams. He also serves as a champion for the CCS program, reinforcing consistency, quality, and safety standards across all jobsites. Randy brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career in 2000 and advancing through roles including Superintendent, Project Manager, and Regional Manager. Prior to joining in 2020, he spent 20 years with a leading national homebuilder, developing extensive expertise in large-scale construction management and operational leadership. A strong advocate for transparency and teamwork, Randy fosters a collaborative environment where team members and trade partners are empowered to contribute, creating a culture of shared ownership and pride in every project.
Julie Caballero
Director of Purchasing
Julie Caballero serves as Director of Purchasing at AiWB, bringing more than 30 years of experience cultivating strong relationships within the homebuilding industry. She is responsible for the contracting and negotiation of all trades for both retail and Build-for-Rent products, overseeing all vendor and trade partner relationships while working closely with the Construction Operations team to support successful project execution. Her responsibilities also include reviewing plans, monitoring commodity trends, managing the bidding process, and developing project budgets. Ms. Caballero's extensive background includes leadership roles in Purchasing, Office Management, Human Resources, Contracts, and Project Management, having worked with respected homebuilders including David Weekley Homes, Pulte, KB Home, Loftech Homes, and TriCoast Homes.
