As co-founder and CEO of AiWB, Ting Qiao brings over 20 years of experience in property construction and international development. He has extensive expertise leading large-scale operations and driving strategic growth across complex real estate platforms. His leadership has been recognized with multiple industry honors, including "Entrepreneur of the Year" and "Most Admired CEO." Mr. Qiao holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (International Finance) and an MBA.
Fowler Thomas Knight
Executive Vice President, People & Communications
Fowler Knight leads human resources, internal communications, and administrative functions at AiWB. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate human capital, she specializes in building high-performing teams and fostering strong organizational culture. She is a recognized advocate for inclusive workplaces and has received industry recognition for her leadership in diversity and employee engagement.
San Juana (Janie) Franco
Senior Vice President, Accounting & Finance

Yina Chi leads architectural, interior, landscape, and permitting design across AiWB's communities. She oversees the vertical development process, ensuring design quality, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. With nearly 20 years of international experience, she has led large-scale residential and mixed-use developments across multiple global markets. She holds a Master's degree in Architecture and has received academic distinction for international study. Her work has been recognized through multiple professional and company design awards.

Vice President, Partnership & Engagement
Julie Dai leads partnership development, investor relations, and stakeholder engagement at AiWB. She brings extensive experience in strategic communications, creative media, and event management, with a strong track record of building meaningful relationships across the real estate and construction industries. Prior to AiWB, she held progressive leadership roles in investor relations and brand strategy. Julie holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Houston and an MBA from Rice University.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, she brings deep expertise in procurement strategy, budgeting, and trade partner management.
